We accept Paypal, Credit or Debit cards, bank transfer wire, and cash upon delivery(only for domestic orders).
Domestic orders: We use Post Office tracked package or Elta Courier for our small orders. If you wish to make an order with multiple items please contact us before the order to arrange the best and most affordable shipping for you.
International Orders: We use Post Office tracked package for our International clients as is the most reliable and cost-effective shipping. If you wish to make an order with multiple items please contact us before the order to arrange the best and most affordable shipping for you.
Please sent us an email or call us to arrange how the order will be return, all items must be undivided and in good shape. We have no responsibility in case there is any damage or destruction of the shipment.
If you have created an account with us during your order you can track your order status in the “My Account” area, in the upper right of the page.
With your order, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your order process. For bigger orders, you will have a delivery time schedule and further information on when we will ship the items to you.
In the rare case that your order didn’t deliver to you, please contact us.
All the plants we use in our unique gifts come from our plant nursery unit, a three generations family-owned business from 1955.
All wooden boxes are handmade by our company.
Olive oil, olives, and olive paste are produced and packaged locally according to domestic and European rules and regulations.
